スティーヴン・グレアムは、イングランドの俳優である。1990年代より俳優としての活動し始め、ガイ・リッチーの『スナッチ』のトミー役で知られるようになる。その後はアメリカ合衆国でも活動の幅を広げ、HBOのミニシリーズ『バンド・オブ・ブラザース』やマーティン・スコセッシ監督の『ギャング・オブ・ニューヨーク』に端役で出演する。2006年にはイギリス映画『THIS IS ENGLAND』に出演し、英国インディペンデント映画賞の助演俳優賞にノミネートされた。2009年には『パブリック・エネミーズ』で実在の犯罪者、"ベビー・フェイス"・ネルソンを演じ、ジョニー・デップとクリスチャン・ベールと共演する。2011年にはスクラム役で出演した『パイレーツ・オブ・カリビアン/生命の泉』が公開された。
